Tag: Mountain

Mountains are big deals. Literally. So why wouldn’t I have a “Mountain” tag to flag travel journal entries that include descriptions of visits to or views of mountains?

You might be able to think of a great many minor reasons why I wouldn’t include such a tag. Or possibly a few major reasons. If so, please let me know. That might lead me to delete it.

I can think of only one reason. Mountains aren’t everyday occurrences for me. I live in a city, Toronto, with a few beautiful ravines and a really nice lake (Ontario), but any mountain worthy of the name is a long way away. Be that as it may, I’ve seen enough mountains in my travels that I might forget to attach the tag to a post or two that talks about one or more of them.

Thus this tag is likely not comprehensive. But, for what it’s worth, here’s the tag.
