Flåm

Flam is a village in Norway at the inland end of Aurlandsfjorden, a fjord that’s a branch of another fjord. I know for a fact that one goes to Flam for its reputed scenic beauty and to take one of the short cruises on the fjord. I know this because I’m the one. I’m fairly confident that I’m not the only one, but I can speak only for myself.

I say “reputed” scenic beauty because I wrote this location category description before going to Flam. We’ll see how it goes.

Any journal entries I write on Flam and the fjord it’s on will be linked below.

This category is a subcategory of the Norway category, which, in turn, is a subcategory of the Europe category.
