Who doesn’t like parks? I know I love me a good park. I’m mostly talking urban parks here. Wilderness parks that require camping are not my thing. I enjoy nature. But only if it doesn’t attack me or require getting too close to a cliff edge.

But, even then, nature interests me only if I can stay in a nice hotel at the end of each day, with a private washroom in my room. And I need to be able to take a shower in the morning in said private washroom.

This is why most of the posts in this travel journal flagged with the “park” tag generally include a visit to an urban park, not one in the wilderness or countryside.

If you want to read about adventurous or adventuresome tourism and the camping life, you definitely came to the wrong place.
